On That Other Level and Making Trouble and three new songs. The cover of the album resembles the Beatles album Let It Be but takes a rawer approach. The original Def American pressing is the only WEA-distributed album with the following warning in addition to the standard explicit-lyrics sticker: "Def American Recordings is opposed to censorship. Our manufacturer and distributor, however, do not condone or endorse the content of this recording, which they find violent, sexist, racist, and indecent." It was among their most successful records in terms of units sold. The album is broken down track-by-track. We Can't Be Stopped was certified Platinum on February 26, 1992, by the RIAA. The album cover is a graphic picture of member Bushwick Bill in the hospital after he shot himself in the eye after his girlfriend refused to shoot him.

Mr. Scarface Is Back is the debut solo album by Scarface of the Geto Boys. The album peaked at 51 on the Billboard 200 and 13 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and was certified gold on April 23, 1993. It is considered as one of the greatest gangsta rap albums ever.

Two singles were released, "Mr. Scarface" and "A Minute to Pray and a Second to Die", both of which had minor success on the rap and R&B charts. DJ BIG TEXAS LACES UP THE ORIGINAL SAMPLES AND PUT ITS IN MIXTAPE FORM...ANOTHER CLASSIC DONE BY YOURS TRULY!!!
